Below are listed some of the common drug dosages[1] used in ferret medicine.

Amphotericin B fungal infections 0.4 - 0.8 mg/kg SQ, IV q week to a cumulative dose of 7 - 25 mg/kg
Anastrozole hyperestrogenism 0.10 mg/kg PO q 24 hours until signs resolve then sid on a week on/week off basis
Apomorphine Induce emesis 5 mg/kg SQ stat
Atenolol cardiomyopathy 3.125 - 6.25 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
Atipamezole medetomide reversal 0.4 - 1.0 mg/kg IM stat
Azathoprine inflammatory bowel disease 0.9 mg/kg PO q 24 - 48 hours
Buprenorphine analgesia 0.01 - 0.05 mg/kg PO, SQ, IM. IV q 12 hours as needed
Butorphanol analgesia 0.05 - 0.5 mg/kg SQ, IM q 12 hours
Captopril congestive heart failure 1/8th of a 12.5 mg tablet PO q 48 hours
Cefadroxil bacterial diseases 15 - 20 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
Cephalexin bacterial diseases 15 - 25 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Chloramphenicol proliferative colitis 25 - 50 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Chorionic gonadotropin bacterial diseases 100 IU SQ once, after second week of estrus, repeat in 2 weeks if needed
Cimetidine gastritis 5 - 10 mg/kg PO, IM, slow IV q 8 hours
Ciprofloxacin bacterial diseases 5 - 15 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Cisapride constipation 0.5 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Clarithromycin gastritis 12.5 mg/kg PO q 8 hours for 2 weeks

Doxycycline bacterial diseases 10 - 50 mg/kg PO q 24 hours for 7 - 10 days
Enalapril cardiomyopathy 0.25 - 0.5 mg/kg PO q 48 hours
Enrofloxacin bacterial diseases 10 - 20 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
Epoetin alpha stimulates erythropoiesis 50 - 150 IU SQ q 48 hours
Erythromycin bacterial diseases 10 mg/kg PO q 8 hours
Famotidine gastritis 0.25 - 0.5 mg/kg PO, SQ, IV q 24 hours
Fenbendazole nematodes 20 mg/kg PO q 24 hours for 5 days

Flunixin meglumine analgesia 0.3 - 2.0 mg/kg PO, SQ. IM q 24 hours, maximum 3 days
Flutamide prostatomegaly 10 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
Furosemide diuretic for congestive heart failure 1.0 - 4.0 mg/kg PO, SQ q 12 hours
GnRH hyperestrogenism 20 μg/kg SQ, IM once after 2nd week of estrus, repeated in 2 weeks
Griseofulvin fungal infections 25 mg/kg PO q 24 hours for 4 - 6 weeks
Insulin, NPH diabetes 0.10 - 5.0 U/kg SQ q 12 - 24 hours
Ivermectin parasites 200 - 400 μg/kg PO, SQ q 2 weeks
Ketamine + diazepam anesthesia 10 - 20 mg/kg + 1 - 2 mg/kg IM IM stat
Ketamine + medetomidine anesthesia 5 - 8 mg/kg + 60 - 80 μg/kg IM stat
Ketamine + midazolam anesthesia 5 - 10 mg/kg + 0.25 - 0.5 mg/kg IV stat
Ketoconazole fungal infections 10 - 30 mg/kg PO q 12 - 24 hours
Leuprolide adrenal tumor 100 - 250 μg/ferret IM once every 4 - 8 weeks
Amoxycillin bacterial diseases 10 - 20 mg/kg PO, SQ q 24 hours
Medetomidine sedation 0.08 - 0.2 mg/kg SQ. IM stat
Melarsomine dihydrochloride heartworm disease 2.5 mg/kg deep IM repeat in 1 month with 2 injections 24 hours apart
Melatonin adrenal disease 0.5 - 1.0 mg/ferret PO q 24 hours
Meloxicam osteoarthritis, pain relief 0.2 mg/kg PO q 24 hours, reducing to 0.1 mg/kg for following 2 days, reduced to 0.025 mg/kg for long-term maintenance
Metoclopramide anti-emetic, gastritis 0.2 - 1.0 mg/kg PO, SQ q 12 - 24 hours
Metronidazole gastritis, giardia 15 - 20 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Midazolam sedation 0.3 - 1.0 mg/kg IM, SQ stat
Neomycin bacterial diseases 10 - 20 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Omeprazole gastritis 0.7 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
Oxytetracycline bacterial diseases 20 mg/kg PO q 8 hours
Oxytocin dystocia 0.2 - 3.0 U/kg SQ, IM q 24 hours
Prednisolone Anti-inflammatory 0.5 - 1.0 mg/kg PO q 12 hours, on reducing dose
Propanolol cardiomyopathy 0.2 - 1.0 mg/kg PO, SQ q 12 - 24 hours
Prostaglandin F2-α dystocia, metritis 10 - 20 mg/kg PO, SQ q 24 hours
Pyrantel pamoate nematodes 4.4 mg/kg PO repeat in 2 weeks
Ranitidine bismuth citrate gastritis 24 mg/kg PO q 8 hours
Ranitidine hydrochloride gastritis 3.5 mg/kg PO q 12 hours
Selamectin parasites 6.0 - 10 mg/kg topically monthly
Stanozolol anorexia 0.5 mg/kg PO, SQ, IM monthly
Sucralfate gastritis 25 mg/kg PO q 8 - 12 hours
Sulfadimethoxine coccidiosis 50 mg/kg PO 25 mg/kg daily thereafter for 9 days
Tetracycline bacterial diseases 25 mg/kg PO q 8 - 12 hours
Theophylline bronchodilation 4.25 mg/kg PO q 8 - 12 hours
Trimethoprim sulfonamide bacterial diseases 15 - 30 mg/kg PO, SQ q 12 hours
Ursodio hepatitis 15 - 20 mg/kg PO q 24 hours
